Wait List: Back to Body! 3-Week Series to Ease Back into Your Yoga Practice with Kelly
Achy back, shoulders or neck? Feeling weak in places you are usually strong? Feeling tight in places you never felt tight before? Just feel overall disconnected from your body? Have you "lost" the ease in yoga poses that used to feel easeful?

Our bodies are holding much of the tension of the past year, and I believe that movement is the medicine. Empowering movement to some beautiful tunes is so healing, but I also know it's challenging to make the leap back into a practice once you fall out of it (or to start period). The practices that we will do are designed to build stability in the core, hips and low back, while also providing enough heat to warm the muscles from the inside out and and ease key areas of tension like in the shoulders. Prior experience with yoga is not necessary, as classes will be led in an accessible and highly customizable manner with lots of options.

Schedule:
Three-week series starting March 1, ending March 19
Monday and Wednesdays at 7 PM ET / 5 PM MT
Friday mornings at 8am ET / 6AM MT

What's included:
-Access to all live zoom class (total of 9 classes)
-Journaling prompts to process insights from movement
-Recordings of all classes hosted in a private course
-Curated playlists for classes sent
-Protocols for 10-minute practices (for days we don't meet)
-Modalities will extend beyond traditional yoga asanas to include: controlled articular rotations, dance, foundational calisthenics and qigong shaking
