I acknowledge that entering my name into this form constitutes my electronic signature and that I (both student and parent/guardian) have read the below rules and regulations. In the event the student violates any of these rules or regulations, the student may be required to exit the event via parental pickup with no possibility of refund.

MHS Grad Night Rules and Regulations

❖ I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following:

Only MHS 2024 Seniors who are eligible to walk at graduation are invited to attend this event
$200 per person.
Tickets will be reserved ONLY after payment is received and Agreement/Release (waiver) is signed
No entry into venue/event unless payment is made and release is signed
ALL STUDENTS MUST TRAVEL TO AND FROM DISNEY GRAD NITE BY BUS WITH THE GROUP
No student will be allowed to leave the event unless in an emergency and accompanied by a chaperone
Participants are expected to demonstrate responsible and considerate behavior AT ALL TIMES
All bags/purses/backpacks will be searched prior to boarding the bus for the venue/event
Weapons, alcohol, tobacco/vaping products, or illegal substances are not allowed. Participants found with any of these items will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued
No one exhibiting the effects of alcohol or drug use will be allowed to enter. Parent/guardian will be called to pick up student. No refund will be given
ONLY prescription medication in the original container is allowed and MUST be carried through security by the student's chaperone
NO SENIOR ASSASSINS ACTIVITIES WILL BE TOLERATED. Participant will be asked to leave without a refund
I promise to make appropriate choices regarding my attire and interaction with others at the event
Students are expected to be respectful toward other guests, students, chaperones and employees as they celebrate. Inappropriate language, disruptive or offensive behavior, theft, vandalism, unwelcome touching, or physical aggression of any kind will not be tolerated.
I accept that participants who behave inappropriately will be asked to leave; those who are refused entry or dismissed due to inappropriate behavior will not be issued any refund or reimbursement
This is NOT a school-sponsored event. Marina High School, HBUHSD, or any of its employees, Board or PTSA is not affiliated with the event or its organization and will not be responsible for any damages or injuries associated with participation in this event
Participants who need special accommodation at the event must notify the Grad Night Board via email no later than April 5, 2024
