When we take on a new client, we sometimes find there is additional work to be done which isn't part of our original fixed fee quote. We always explain what this is, why it's needed and give an estimate as to cost - we call this project creep! Would you be comfortable paying for this work once explained to you and should it prove necessary in your case?

Our preferred means of communication is in writing. This is because we find this more efficient and effective for both us and the client – especially as they often don’t have time for a lengthy phone call.
