Y O U R E A L L Y C A N R E A D Y O U R B O O K A N D E A T I T T O O !
The International Edible Book Day is an annual event usually held on or around 1st April. The global event has been celebrated since 2000 in various parts of the world, where “edible books” are created, displayed, and small events are held. The creations are photographed and then … consumed by all! Yum!
This year HASCA has decided to add a little more to our Edible Book Day, so as well as creating, showing and sharing our Edible Book creations, we will also DRESS UP as our favourite book characters (optional), have a costume PARADE, make a yummy edible CRAFT, and take part in a fun QUIZ. Please join us on May 6th 2021.
This event is fun and non-competitive … it's about sharing good books, yummy food, and building community.
