Ross Downs HOA Neighborhood Community Events Survey
Every year Ross Downs HOA organizes two community events: Spring Fling and Oktoberfest.  The HOA board members are also Ross Downs home owners and we would like the opportunity for you, our neighbors, to provide input to help shape these events.  

We enjoy these events and hope you enjoy them as much as we do.  Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and insights on how we are doing and what we can do better.

Amenities
Kimzey Park is the traditional location for the Ross Down Events.  It is a convenient outdoor location for the Ross Down neighborhood and we like to make these events as comfortable as possible.

Ross Downs HOA Annual Meetings
Annual HOA meetings, help in April, are a forum for the HOA to report back to the community.  It is an excellent opportunity for homeowners to be heard and learn what the board is doing for you.

We had quite often had guest speakers in attendance(political candidates, chief of police, ...).  Some of them have very interesting information.  For example did you know in 2019 Colleyville had the lowest crime rate of any city in the US?

We encourage home owners attend these meeting and be a part of their community
