What will be discussed?
Council of Europe Summits have always been called for in exceptional circumstances and key moments in European history. The 4th Summit of Heads of State and Government has been called in a pivotal moment marked by crises: the Russian aggression in Ukraine, the rule of law crisis and environmental crisis. Faced with these monumental issues, European leaders met for the first time in 17 years to renew the spirit of unity in facing these challenges.
