On January 20, 2020, the Center for Optimal Learning Environments, will launch our district's Action for School Quality Initiative (ASQi). The survey will be available for eligible Hillsborough County Schools Florida employees (January 20th - February 21st 2020).

Please be sure to complete the form below before the close of the survey window. Current Headcounts can be viewed by visiting https://hcps.asqinitiative.com/ and clicking on the "Response Rate" Tab.

Changes requested using this form will be reflected within 48 hours on the website's results page. Should you have any questions between now and the end of the survey regarding your response rate please contact the HCPS ASQi Help Desk.
