LIVE YOUR YOGA Training begins with Level 1 online. This portion is entirely independent and self-paced. Once you complete the online training, you will begin Level 2 which consists of one weekly zoom (Mondays for 7 weeks from 6-8pm CST) with Misti and the LOTUS Leadership Team. Level 3 is your in-person Immersion which takes place at one of our amazing IAOMAI retreat spaces. Travel and lodging expenses are not included for Level 3, but everything else is taken care of for your certification event! (Immersions are planned well in advance). You are allowed to postpone your Immersion ONCE without any additional fees.
