MAPS is beginning a new process to improve communication and efficiency regarding busing. Input from parents will be vital, and will enable quick turnaround on communications regarding bus timing changes. The attached Google Form will provide the necessary data.

Please complete this form for each student, even if you're not requesting transportation. This will help ensure each student is either routed or excluded based on your choice. If you don't fill this form out, your student will not be routed. If you have multiple students in the district, you will need to complete the form multiple times.
