The Service Industry (TSI) is a membership-based organization of individuals (people, not companies) forming in Chicago right now being built for (and by) the women and men of the Restaurant, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industries in the United States.

We are releasing our first survey to begin a dialogue, capture a few data points about your restaurant and hopefully respond to feedback about how The Service Industry can make life easier for you.

Best of all, we are currently providing lifetime membership to TSI for free.  At some point we will have to charge individual dues to members of TSI, but not you, EVER!

A note about The Service Industry and the data you are submitting to us:
Thank you for trusting The Service Industry (TSI) to do what is right with the data we are collecting.  TSI is being started right now, in the middle of COVID-19 by and for the people who make up the service industry.  We are talking about managers at restaurants, sales people at a theater or amusement business, travel and tourism workers, a bar-back, bouncer or chef.  There used to be 15.6 Million in just the restaurant industry alone.  We are here to provide a voice to the voiceless and need your help!  Yes, you, everyone.  

A couple of notes:
We don't have a phone number and our email and social media channels are managed by of our founders' marketing agencies, Carlson Integrated.  We do our best to get back to any messages as quickly as possible.

The Service Industry isn't another social media website.  It is a lever.  It is a magnifier, a duplicator, a soapbox.  Like you, all of us have been shocked by what COVID-19 has done to our industry and we clearly identified from the beginning that our base - the people that work in restaurants, bars, hotels, catering, concession stands, theaters, etc. - do not have a clear and distinct voice or anyone looking out just for them.
