Coats for Cards: Clothing Request
This holiday season Mentor Schools will hold our second annual Coats for Cards clothing drive as we look to provide winter coats, gloves, and hats to Cardinal families in need. If your Mentor Schools student requires a winter coat, winter hat, or winter gloves, please complete the below form and we will do our best to provide those items.  We are unable to guarantee that all items will be provided.  

Items that are received from the drive and requested by families will be organized and delivered to students prior to winter break.
