Program Rules and Guidelines

1) All orders must be accompanied by full payment. Payment must be made by PrestoPay or Credit Card. Scrip payments are not tax deductible because you receive dollar for dollar value.
2) If your payment is rejected because of non-sufficient funds (NSF), you will be charged the cost of the Scrip purchased plus a $30 fee payable to FHS Choir Booster Club.
3) Once each month, the FHS Choir Booster Club treasurer will credit your student's account for participating family purchases.
4) The SCRIP Coordinator(s) ARE NOT responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen, or misplaced while in your possession.
