2023 BEAN BAG LEAGUE REGISTRATION FORM

INFORMATION
  • POOL PLAY LASTS 10 WEEKS, FOLLOWED BY 2 WEEKS OF PLAYOFFS
  • LEAGUES RUN MONDAY-THURSDAY
  • YOUR TEAM MUST BE PRESENT FOR 80% OF POOL PLAY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAYOFFS
  • GAMES BEGIN AT 6:15PM - GAMES MAY NOT EXCEED 45 MINUTES. SCORE IS RECORDED AFTER 45 MINUTES
  • TEAMS PLAY 3 GAMES TO 21 AGAINST EACH OPPONENT AND UP TO 3 MATCHES/NIGHT, DEPENDING ON AMOUNT OF TEAMS IN EACH LEAGUE
  • ONLY 20 TEAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED INTO EACH LEAGUE 
  • EACH TEAM IS RESONSIBLE FOR FILLING OUT A SCORECARD
  • CASH PRIZES FOR 1ST & 2ND PLACE TEAM
  • RAIN NIGHTS WILL NOT BE MADE UP

RULES OF PLAY
  • A coin toss for first throw will start the game
  • Each team plays with 4 bean bags, alternating and beginning with the team that scored last
  • Cancellation scoring
  • Bag-in-the-count (Woody): Any bag which comes to rest anywhere on top of the board. Each is worth one point.
  • Bag-in-the-hole (Cornhole): Any bag which is thrown through the hole or knocked through the hole by another bag. Each is worth three points.
  • Foul Bags - Refers to any bag that hasn't been determined as bag-in-the-count or bag-in-the-hole or was designated a foul bag as the result of rules violation.
  • The game shall be played to 21 points. The first player/team to reach (or exceed) that amount at the conclusion of an inning is the winner. Must win by two points.
LEAGUES
  • Spring/Summer: April 10th, 2023 (10 weeks + 2 weeks playoffs) $40/team
  • Summer/Fall: July 18th, 2023 (10 weeks + 2 weeks playoffs) $40/team
