About: This is an in-person camp for current OKCIC patients ages 10-17.
Only 20 spots available.
•Experience kayaking, volunteering, swimming and biking; ending with a trip to a local water park.
• CURRENT WELLNESS CHECK AND NUTRITION REFERRAL REQUIRED
• APPLICATION DUE BY July 5, 2022
• Masks are required at all HPDP in-person program events!
