Confirmation of student attendance

It is essential that we know exactly who is returning to school under Alert Level 2. Our Prime minister has clearly stated that Level 2 is not "business as usual, with hand washing". Parents and students need to prepare for a change in how your "normal" routine works pre the Corona Virus.

Your acknowledgement and respect for our Health and Safety protocols is essential to the care and protection of our entire community.

Many parents indicated in the last survey that they were still undecided as to whether their tamaiti would return under Alert Level 2. Please complete this short survey to now confirm your child(ren)'s attendance on Monday the 18th of May.

Additional details are requested for the purposes of checking our school's register to ensure that our Contact Tracing Protocols are fit for purpose. We are also asking you to read and accept shared responsibility for the safety of all tamariki and staff.

Kristina Crouch
