Music v Heart Rate Experiment
The purpose of this form is to perform an experiment to test if your heart rate is affected by the speed of the music you listen to. If you would like to help with this experiment, please answer the following questions.

**Note: This experiment will take 10-15 minutes to test per student. Students will be tested individually, and will be asked to listen to one minute each of three unrecognized songs. Each of these songs will be at different tempos (speeds) to test if the student's heart rate is affected by the tempo. The tested students will be in one of the school's practice rooms, as to prevent exposure to outside sounds.**
