WLES "Let's Eat!" Form: Week of October 5
Please complete this by Friday, October 2 to let us know your student will be getting breakfast and lunch next week. We will use this for planning purposes. If you forget to fill this out or your student changes his/her mind, we will still provide them food, but due to the new format of delivering food to the classroom, we need to be able to plan ahead as much as possible.
