Dear AEGEEans,

The topic of our annual thematic conference, the European Planning Meeting (EPM), will be “Innovation in Democracy - innovative participatory tools and youth engagement ”. This time the EPM will take place online on the 24th - 27th of February 2022.

The main objectives are:
- Current Innovative participatory tools
- Youth participation in democratic processes and current methods of implementation
- Meaningful citizen engagement
- To have discussions, debates and open space on democracy in Europe

Therefore, we are looking for sessions which incorporates either the local level or European ways of democratic processes and how young people can be involved and have meaningful impact and are related to any of the following topics.

Sessions will take place online and last between 1 to 1.5 hours.

Content support team
If you are interested in the topic and want to be involved in the content side of the EPM, please fill in the same form above!

As a part of the content support team your task will be as followed:
- Connecting the topic of EPM into the content of the conference;
- Selecting relevant speakers that can contribute to the discussion;
- Documenting the outcomes of the sessions during the EPM;
- Creating follow-up materials after the EPM based on the documentation;
- Ensuring smooth flow of the event together with the Strategy Committee and the Comité Directeur;
- Providing organisational support during the whole development of the event.
