For teens in 6th-12th grade. Play a video game (E, E10+ or Teen rating) and receive one hour of community service for writing a review of the game. All video game review submissions are subject to librarian review. If they do not meet the requirements (full sentences, number of sentences needed to answer a prompt) a community service certificate will not be awarded.  Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by a librarian and a certificate will be e-mailed to you. Your review may be featured on the library's website or social media.  Please allow up to one week for a response to your submission and processing of a community service certificate.
