Idaho State FFA CDE Registration Form
Submit only one form per chapter.  Do not submit until all information is included.  Upon receipt of your registration, you will be sent a link to list your students who will be attending.

On-Time Registration is $35 per person.  Registration forms submitted by May 20.
Late Registration is $50 per person.  Registration forms submitted by May 31.
Registration fee allows each student to participate in multiple State CDEs.

Payments made by credit card must be entered by May 20 to avoid automatic late-registration charge.  If choosing to pay by check, an invoice will be sent based on the total submitted.
