MECH users please use this form to order material from stock in Stores.

We stock in imperial units as provided by our supplier and have sheet in 12"x12", 12"x24", 24" x 24" and 24" x 48" formats for sheet and 6" lengths for rounds.  If you need other than our standard sizes, alloys, grades, please order directly from a supplier such as Metalsupermarket, Alaskan Copper and Brass, McMaster-Carr, Redwood Plastics, etc.

To place order, fill in required information then select material type and size, then select thickness/diameter from the drop-down. For multiple quantities of the same size, please place multiple orders.

Cut sizes have a +/- 2% maximum tolerance. We reserve the right to supply oversized irregular shaped pieces that are larger than the standard length and/or width  (i.e. you may get larger than what you are paying for).

 Cut-off time for orders is 9:00 AM. Orders will be available for pick-up from Stores by 12:00 Noon. Items will be marked with the Workday Worktag.

Pricing is based on current replacement cost, including tax, for a full (4'x8') sheet cut into the standard sizes.

Please note that this service is only for MECH and MANU students in good standing. Please ensure that you provide a valid Worktag account code for which you are authorized by the account holder. See your team leader/supervisor/instructor for your Worktag account code.
