Please use the electronic form to submit an excuse for your child's absence/tardy from school within three (3) school days of the student's absence to excuse your child due to illness.

Absences claimed by illness may require a report from a physician, or an examination by the School Nurse.

PLEASE NOTE:  Leave of Absences for Doctors/Dentists appointments, college visits, court appearances or religious reasons will still require an excuse from the specific entity.  Educational Trips will still require the Educational Field Trip Form located in the current Parent-Student Handbook.

If you have a medical excuse, please email to troutmanb@mlbgsd.k12.pa.us (grades K-5) or stroupk@mlbgsd.k12.pa.us (6-12), drop it off at the building your child attends, or send by USPS Mail to the building your child attends.
