Why would your team like to attend Chezy Champs? Please keep this entry to 400 words or less.

(Optional) We're considering something new for 2022. Is your team interested in presenting to and receiving design feedback from a panel of experienced FRC mentors over the summer? Design reviews would be virtual and scheduled at a later date. Design reviews would occur after team selections are made and be only for teams attending Chezy Champs. Note that this is an expression of interest only - we may or may not do this depending on what team interest looks like and expressing interest here does not commit you to anything later.

How sure are you that you'll be able to attend?

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment for Chezy Champs. Credit card payment will be due in July. Teams who have not paid by the due date will forfeit their spots at Chezy Champs. Invoices can be issued upon request.

If your team drops out by August 20th, we'll refund your admission fee. After that, we'll only be able to refund you if we can fill your spot with another team. If the event is cancelled before it begins, we'll refund your admission fee.

As part of organizing the event, Chezy Champs will collect, process, and use personal information (including the information collected in this form, photos and videos taken at the event including livestreams and broadcasts, and any communications to and from the event organizers) for the purpose of planning, executing, documenting, and promoting the event.
