These courses are by donation. Please let us know in advance how much you wish to donate via the sign up form. Suggested donation ideally 350.00 kr. per day, but please indicate how much you can afford and feel is right to pay, from 200.00 kr. to 500.00 kr.

Food, accommodation & course facilities

Avnø Højskole makes their auditorium, several classrooms and group rooms, dining room, a commercial kitchen and bathrooms available for the course. For sleeping there are a total of 43 fully furnished rooms with private bathrooms, duvets and pillows available. There are rooms with views and rooms without. Single rooms, double rooms, and triple rooms for those, who’d rather have a cheap form of accommodation than comfort.

Payment for Food, Accommodation & Facilities (payable to the venue) *

Your contribution for Food, Accommodation & Facilities, depends on where you sleep. The contribution covers the wonderfully healthy organic macrobiotic food, utilities, maintenance, accommodation for instructors, use of all common areas, including kitchen, classrooms, promotion of the course, making rooms and facilities ready, and various materials used during the course.

If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in advance, so we can inform other participants so we can all try to accommodate

Arrival between 5pm, Juli 10 and 9 am July 12. Evening of July 10 is to get to know each other. Knowing when you arrive will help us with logistics of food accommodation etc, so please give us your best estimate.

In this day and age of social media, everyone has their preference for how photos are used on social media. We find it useful to share photos of events, but want to respect everyone's privacy. So we ask you to let us know in advance how we can respect your privacy. Typically we will collect photos on a private shared drive (online or offline) and give people a chance to delete any photo they do not want shared. It is rare for people to take video or audio recordings, but if this happens we will make a policy for that during the course, hence this section refers to photo's only.
