I hereby agree to follow the character values of CHAMP Inc. and will incorporate them to be my own value system.  I understand the importance of being; Honest, Caring, Respectful, Responsible and Independent.  


I will do my best to uphold the character values of CHAMP at; home, school and my community.  I understand repeated failure to adhere to the value system can lead to the termination of my relationship with CHAMP Character Values:

• Honesty- is (Purple), demonstrating positive play & truthful expression/communication.  This value can help us to be trustworthy and dependable.
• Caring- is (Red), representing the kindness and compassion of the heart.  This value can help us to be a generous and forgiving person.
• Respect- is gold (Yellow), represents the mind/ intellect, creating a cheerful person.  This value can help us to be a hopeful & optimistic person.
• Responsibility- is (Green), representing being sensitive to others need.  This value causes us to be in tune to our neighbors need
• Independence- is (Orange), representing physical confidence.  This value inspires and creates enthusiasm for life.
