* Photographers /videographers pre-selling sessions / recordings are not considered members of the media and must pay entry into the facility. Those individuals are not allowed within the infield / working media area due to insurance purposes.

* A credential request must be submitted by the outlet requesting credentials for each event. Credential requests DO NOT carry over from one event to the next.

* The coverage of events held at 411 Motor Speedway by accredited media is welcomed and encouraged. Please do not submit more than one request per media outlet for any event. There is a designated area at the bottom of the request to list all individuals who will require credentialed access.

* Credential requests must be submitted prior to the deadline of three (3) days prior to the event for which credentials are requested. Each outlet will be notified on APPROVAL or DENIAL on credential requests for the event.

* Media members who are granted media credentials will need to provide a photo form of identification when signing for their credentials at the pit sign-in gate.

* All media coverage including but not limited to Photography, Videography, Audio & Journalism obtained while covering an event at 411 Motor Speedway is subject to use by the track upon request, for promotional purposes only.

* Media members granted credentials may not livestream any feature(s) event in any part. ( ie Facebook etc..)

* Those working for accredited media publications/sites will be given priority over freelance workers.

* On-Site / Direct trackside printing of photography is strictly forbidden.

* It is suggested that any media member entering the infield for coverage have a high visibility vest/shirt on while covering events.

* BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, ALL APPLICANTS ARE AGREEING TO THE TERM AND CONDITIONS OF THE CREDENTIAL REQUEST FORM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN CREDENTIALS BEING REVOKED AND BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY.
