This form is to request access to the resource trailer located at Gold Beach High School in Gold Beach, Oregon. In-school and out-of-school preK-14 educators on the Oregon Coast may borrow materials at no cost. Using this form will create a user account, and once you are approved you may explore the inventory and request materials. Please allow two days for your registration to be processed.

Materials may be checked out for up to 2 weeks at a time. Users pick up and return materials at the trailer in Gold Beach.
