David Grupa Sports is accepting inquiries and applications for second photographer positions.
David Grupa Sports specializes in volume photography for sports leagues and schools located in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as greater Minnesota.
We are searching for energetic, detail oriented photographers who can capture images of youth sports ranging in age from 4 year old T-Ball players up to High School athletes. We photograph individual players and their teams. Our photographers need to be friendly, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude. Continue to independently build your own business while filling your open dates with us. There is no action photography required or included on photo days.
Skills you Bring:
- Enjoy a fast paced work environment where you interact with kids and coaches
- Detail oriented and efficient
- Prefer 1 yr of photography experience (volume, portrait, wedding, event, etc), but not required
- Experience with Nikon cameras preferred
- Basic Lighting experience helpful but will train
- Ability to lift camera equipment - up to 40 lbs.

Access to reliable transportation. Travel to various local job sites is required.
- Willingness to work a varied seasonal schedule (mostly after 3:00pm weekdays and some weekend days)
As a second photographer you are never alone on photo day. We provide the on site equipment (Nikon camera gear, lighting and tripods). Players select their poses from banners so there is no need to think up poses on the spot. There are no sales and no post production with this position. You photograph on our cards and cameras; at the end of photo day your work is done. Competitive pay.
A lot of our photo days are in the East/North-East Twin Cities and the metro area with some further outside the metro.
