To be eligible to move on to the Connecticut State Teacher of the Year, the Griswold Public Schools Teacher of the Year must be a teacher in grades Pre-K-12, hold a valid teaching certificate, and spend 51% or more of their time in the classroom. All nominations will be accepted, however, only those candidates meeting this criteria will be eligible to move forward to the CT Teacher of the Year.
