On January 13th, 2024, the American Muslim Task Force for Palestine in partnership with the ANSWER Coalition, will host the March On Washington for Gaza. We call on all our supporters to join us for this monumental event and make sure their demands for justice are met.

FAQ:
Stops:
-Going and returning there is a scheduled stop for fajr salah
-The bus will stop periodically along the way for food, but meals WILL NOT be directly provided
Restroom:
-There is a restroom onboard each bus and there will be a couple of rest stops as well
Belongings:
-You will return in the same bus and seat you came in. You can leave travel belongings on the bus
Preparation:
-Overnight: You can bring a thin blanket and pillow to sleep on the bus
-Snacks: Bring food, snacks and water for yourself, going and returning. Water will be available on the bus
-Cold weather: Weather is projected to be in the 30s or 40s. If you are prepared you can handle this quite comfortably!
-Layers of clothing is the best strategy for cold weather. You can remove or add layers per need. 2 thin layers for pants and socks and 3 for upper body is a good strategy
-Consider, cap, ear muffs, mask, gloves/mittens, hand warmers
-Pack poncho or rain jacket and personal umbrella
-Daypack or backpack for water, snacks and extra layers
