You hereby expressively agree and consent to the collection, retention, process and/or disclosure of your  personal data to or by Nadayu Properties Berhad and/or its subsidiary and related companies ("Nadayu") and such other authorized third party including but not limited to bankers, professional advisors, agents, consultants and authorities (collectively the "Authorized Party") in relation to all or any part of the information about or with regard to you for such purposes as the Authorized Party deems fit or appropriate for the performance of this contract, strategic alliances (including but not limited to customer's improvements, appreciations, loyalty and engagement programmes/activities, customers/community survey), present/future developments, events, exhibitions, marketing, promotional purposes and any other purposes as may be necessary or required by law.
