Assalamu Alaikum,

Qahwa Cafe is excited to host Cars, Cuts & Coffee on September 21st from 4:00-9:00 PM!

The event will be held outdoors at the ADAMS Center in the back parking lot and pavilion. Set up will be from 3:00-3:45PM. All Vendor Booths must be COMPLETELY READY by 3:45AM for final walkthrough.  The cars will arrive at 5:30 meaning peak time will be between 5:30 and 8:00 (after Maghrib) 

Clean up will be from 9-10 PM.  All vendors are required to clean and pack up their stations and will be responsible for any extra items they bring.  Qahwa will be responsible for retuning all tables and chairs back to the Masjid.

We anticipate at least 250 people will attend.

Note that the event is outdoors and weather may be difficult (cold and/or windy).  Please prepare your items to be sold under these conditions.  If the weather is too detrimental (heavy rain/lightning) will we will cancel/postpone the event and refund you.

Pricing: 
$100 Food Vendor Slot: 6ft table, 2 chairs OR area for a food truck
$85 Non-Food Vendor Slot: 6ft table, 2 chairs
$75 Barber Vending Spot
$40 Henna Vendor Deposit (You will be refunded immediately after attending)
All prices are mandatory unless otherwise discussed with event organizers.

This vendor application form indicates an interest to join Cars, Cuts, and Coffee as a vendor, but does NOT guarantee a spot. We aim to select vendors from various categories to provide a diverse and sought-after range of offerings at the event. IF you are selected we will contact you to secure your spot and arrange payment of the required fee.  You will be notified if you are selected at least 1 week before the event.

Cars, Cuts & Coffee does not make any guarantees or promises regarding vendor sales. Sales are solely dependent on public interest. ADAMS will only provide a table and two chairs as a part of the set-up. The Vendor will be responsible to bring other booth stands, table covers, signs, extension cords and set-up necessities. 

I understand that completing this form does NOT guarantee a spot at the Cars, Cuts & Coffee.  IF selected as a vendor I will be required to pay a non-refundable vendor fee.
