Introductory Session - Those with no experience of rowing are required to complete an Introductory Session (does not involve taking to the water). This session will allows us and you to be clear about what rowing safely is really about and what to expect when on the learning to row beginners course.

Sculling Assessment - Those with experience of sculling can ask for a Sculling Assessment in a boat appropriate to your experience level.

Sweep assessment - if you are a sweep rower who does not wish to learn to scull then you can just ask for a sweep assessment. Where you feel you have suitable experience and just want to learn to scull choose the Beginners course.
