Parent Ambassadors 2022-23
Parent Ambassadors serve as a representative body that acts as a liaison between the district and the parent community with an overall goal of supporting the educational success of all students and promoting parent voice.

WHO?  YOU! Parents/Guardians with at least one student enrolled in an SCS school.

WHAT? Parents who play an active role in supporting district-wide initiatives that impact the overall success of Shelby County School children.

WHY? Our goal is to empower you to be part of our continuous efforts to support student success and build your capacity to serve as a leader and advocate for all children.

HOW? Participate in a council and receive leadership and advocacy training focused on local and state matters that impact the children of the Shelby County School District.
