CUWiP 2023 at Brown Volunteer Sign-Up Form
Brown University will be hosting one of several Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP) from January 20-22, 2023. We will be offering several events to our ~100 attendees from across the US including:
  • Plenary talks
  • Panel discussions 
  • Workshops 
  • Poster sessions
  • Flash talk presentations
  • Career Fair
To successfully run all of these events, we will need the support of local volunteers from the Brown community. We kindly invite you to volunteer with us in one or more of these events and ask that you indicate your availability and interest on this form. Volunteer assignments will be announced on December 15th, 2022 and you will be contacted by a lead organizer providing further details of your role.  For any questions you have regarding volunteering, please reach out to cuwip2023@listserv.brown.edu.
