👉🏼 Our committees are mostly responsible for coming up with events, gathering useful content about veganism and sustainability or designing our posts for social media.

👐🏼 As an active member in one of our committees, you get a great opportunity to learn about veganism and develop/strengthen your writing, organizational, communication, and creative skills while enjoying the company of people with a similar mindset in an inspiring and open setting. Over more, you're contributing to a growing association which offers you the chance to come up with new ideas yourself.

Description about the Committees
The Event Committee (EvCo) facilitates the VSA Tilburg members with fun and inspiring activities to strengthen the community. This committee organizes social events from start to finish and makes sure VSA members have a good time while meeting likeminded people. The EvCo organizes events like a potluck, cocktail workshop, sport activity, board game night, pub quiz, city food walk, cooking workshops or a book club, you name it!

The Content Committee (CoCo) provides the VSA Tilburg members with information on veganism, how to become vegan and how to stay vegan. This committee lists and gathers specific vegan information such as ‘did you know this is vegan’,  ‘what are the alternatives of honey’, ‘How does the fishing industry influence biodiversity’ to create content for the social community. We aim to organize one educational event each month at least, besides the social gatherings. They also focus on designing posts for the educational content. They try to make each posts as notable and interesting as possible.
