LA Festival Workshop Application
Thank you for your interest in Loss, Life, and Love.  This submission form serves as our indication of your intent to participate in the festival as a collaborator. It is your opportunity to give us high-level information about your proposed event/project concept and apply for a mini-grant. We’ll confirm acceptance of your event 2-3 weeks after submission (the final deadline is July 23). And if you apply for a mini-grant, we’ll notify you on July 26 regarding whether you've been selected to receive an award.

Your proposal is a high-level overview of what you plan to contribute to the festival. Your full event details for inclusion in the website schedule and ticketing system will not be due until later this summer. NOTE: If you are planning more than one event/project, you will have the opportunity to tell us about each concept (up to three) in separate sections of this form.
