Returning to school questionnaire
We are very much looking forward to welcoming our children back to school next week on Wednesday 2nd September.  We have been busy this summer ensuring that school is a safe and happy place to be in September and staff are eager to see your children and return to some form of normality.

Many children may not have been in school or seen their teachers since March.  Our regular welfare calls whilst school was closed indicated that some children coped with this difficult situation and change to routine better than others.

We are therefore sending out this questionnaire for you to complete with your child to give you the opportunity to communicate with school and your child's teacher about your child's well-being and mental health.

Your child's well-being will continue to be at the heart of all we do and by filling in this short questionnaire, we will endeavor to support your child with their transition back to school.
