BOOTH SPACE DESCRIPTION
A 10'x10' booth space is provided. Please select from the following options to reserve additional space.
Each additional space is $100.00, in addition to the vendor fee.

ELECTRICAL POWER REQUIRED:
Please specify if your booth space requires power. If so, please include how many amps are needed.
$30.00 fee per 20 amps - A 100ft. 10-3 gauge extension cord is required by the vendor. EVENT DIRECTOR MUST APPROVE POWER GENERATORS.

This event hosts a barbecue rib cook-off. Please select an option below, as barbecue smoke will be in some areas.

DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN VENDOR AGREEMENT, TERMS & POLICIES

VENDORS - This application applies to artisans, crafters, commercial and political businesses, companies, or organizations. ARTISANS & CRAFTERS - Sale of goods must contain at least 50% hand-made items.

COMMERCIAL - Sale or advertisement of factory made or outsourced items. (i.e. Mary Kay, Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Color Street, Usborne Books, Discovery Toys, Scentsy, Paparazzi, Thirty-One, Sunglasses, Branded Apparel/Hats, etc.) 

POLITICAL - Democratic, Republican, Libertarian, Green, Constitution, etc. 

DIXON ACTION TEAM'S GRILLIN & CHILLIN Event will occur rain or shine, regardless of weather circumstances. NO REFUNDS will be issued once payment has been submitted. NO bicycles, NO skateboards, NO scooters, NO motorized vehicles, NO animals permitted on event grounds at the time of event (service animals only). 

Vendors are responsible for arriving at the designated arrival/set up time and are responsible for staying at the event until their designated breakdown/clean up time. Vendors understand that leaving their booth unattended at any time is not recommended, and DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN is not liable for any stolen, damaged or affected merchandise. 

Vendors are encouraged to bring battery operated lights to illuminate their booths once the sun goes down. The event location will become dark, so lights are suggested. 

Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their designated booth space after breakdown is complete. Space should be clear and clean upon departure. 

Registration will not be accepted without proper information submitted with this application. Vendors who are accepted to attend the event will receive contact from a DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN Member. 

Booth location/placement will be organized by the Board Members and information for booth placement will be provided before the event.

DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN IS A DIXON'S ACTION TEAM EVENT / 501c3 --- 5316584 DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN and its respective officers will be held harmless from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, injuries, and expenses including court and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of relating to participation. 

 DIXON'S ACTION TEAM GRILLIN & CHILLIN reserves the right to utilize any photography or videography taken in connection with this event.
I have read and understand the terms and agreement provided to me for Dixon's Action Team Grillin & Chillin Event. I have completed this application to the best of my ability and agree to observe the rules and regulations as stated within the terms. I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless to Dixon's Action Team and its respective officers' agreements underwriters individually and/or collectively from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages, injury and expenses including court and attorney fees incurred or suffered as a result of relating to my participation in the event. I also relinquish any rights to any photography or videography taken in connection with this event.
