NEW YORK STATE'S BIGGEST GAMING EVENT RETURNS THIS OCTOBER!
VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION
Vendor spaces are slightly different for 2022. Rather than "by the table", as in previous years, this year we are selling space "by the booth". The booth choices available are:

1. 8'x8' - comes with 1 6' table
2. 10'x8' - comes with 1 8' table
3. 16'x8' endcap - comes with 2 6' tables (extremely limited # these prime spots are available)

Each space will come with 2 chairs. Vendors receive 2 attendance badges for the weekend regardless of # of spaces purchased - additional weekend passes can be purchased ahead of time or at the door.

VENDOR SPACE IS ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. WE ARE USUALLY *NOT* ABLE TO ACCOMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR PLACEMENT.

If you require additional vendor badges beyond the ones included with your space, you will need to purchase them at a discounted rate of $20/person (covers both days).

Electricity for vendors is an additional $65 and can be purchased below.

Wi-Fi access for vendors is an additional $20 and can be purchased below. Wi-Fi code can be obtained from the registration booth.
Artists, Crafters, & Game Developers
We are offering a special deal for Artists, Crafters, and Game Developers! Booths for Artists and Game Developers will receive a $50 discount off the listed booth price, regardless of booth size chosen.

All Artists or Game Developers are required to submit a link in the form below to an online sample of the works you will have available at RetroGameCon. (a link to store website, facebook page, etsy store, online gallery, etc.)
Payment
Payment is through PayPal only. You are able to use a credit card to pay the invoice through PayPal. Please submit your registered PayPal e-mail address in the form below and you will receive a PayPal invoice within 3 days of approval of your application. NOTE: PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE, OR YOUR SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED.

Please be aware that your spot is not reserved until your application has been approved and payment has been recorded.
Note about Extra Life Charity Raffles
Every year, we raise money for our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital, the Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital. These funds are raised via the Extra Life charity through raffles at RetroGameCon. We rely on our vendors to help us fill the raffle baskets and raise money for the kids. If you have something you'd like to donate towards our raffles, we would greatly appreciate it and will be sure to thank you / your store on our social media. We donate 100% of proceeds from these raffles. At the last RetroGameCon, we raised $14,000 for charity!

You may also drop off a donation during set-up time at the show, and we'll be sure to place it into one of the raffle baskets. Feel free to include business cards!
Venue / Show Rules
*Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs may be brought into The Oncenter. Vendors found violating this policy will be removed by security without warning. Don't despair: alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the food service areas (valid ID required).

*Animals are not allowed in The Oncenter - an exception is made for certified service animals.

*Food and drink sales are NOT permitted. Outside food and beverages are against Oncenter policies and may be confiscated. Water bottles are ok. Food and drink are available at the concession areas.

*No for-profit raffles, lotteries, or games of chance are allowed. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for non-profit games or charities (at Empire Game Expo LLC's discretion)

*Bootleg copies of game cartridges/discs/movies are prohibited. Vendors assume all legal responsibilities for their own goods. Translations/ROM hacks/homebrew video games are acceptable.

*Vendors must be able to remain set up and open for business during all listed show hours.   

*We reserve the right to remove vendors for violating any of these rules. No refunds will be provided for vendors removed due to a Venue / Show Rule violation.

*It is the duty of the exhibitors to comply with local, NY state, and federal laws including the collection of sales tax. In accordance with state law, trade show vendors are required to collect and remit NYS sales tax, and to obtain and display a New York State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority at all times

*Empire Game Expo LLC and the Oncenter are not liable for loss due to theft or property damage.

*If the event is cancelled due to act of God, war, etc, Empire Game Expo LLC will refund your payment in full but has no further obligations or liabilities.

*No refunds for vendor spaces after invoices have been paid.
