2025 LPA National Conference Expo

Little People of America is pleased to be hosting the LPA Products Expo again at the national conference, now including employment vendors too!  The Expo welcomes products of assistance or interest to people of short stature.  Please see below for the updated dates and times.

  • Monday, July 7th, 6:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Tuesday, July 8th, 6:00pm – 9:00pm

1.  Your Expo Registration Fee also covers one individual's conference registration, allowing access to all conference events that do not require additional fees.  To register additional individuals or attend paid events like offsite trips, additional fees will apply.  

2.  Registration for the LPA Conference Adaptive Products Expo will open at 12:00 pm EST / 9:00am PST on April 1st.   You will be able to register online, through the link provided on the LPA Conference website.    Once you have received your registration confirmation, you will then be able to reserve your hotel room at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. All registered vendors will receive the group rate of $189/night at the conference hotel. 

3.  Table /Booth Assignments will be made by the Expo Coordinator. 

A standard Expo booth is allocated one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs. The Grand Manchester Hyatt is eco-friendly.  If you would like a tablecloth, they are available for rent.  You also may bring your own tablecloth if you so choose.   If you have additional space or furniture requirements, please arrange with the Expo Coordinator in advance. There will be a charge of $100 for each additional table. The booth shall not be subleased, shared, or in any way represent other products or services from that which was agreed and contracted without written request to, and approval by, the Expo coordinator. The Expo is located in an area that will not be secured during non-Expo hours, so all displays must be removed daily. Access to electricity is available in the exhibit area; please bring your own extension cords.

 

Exhibitors involved in clothing design are welcome to have up to two models in the conference Fashion Show.
