New this year -- The FCP is helping to host a BOROUGH-WIDE Halloween Decorating Contest with PRIZES!!!
You MUST register the EXTERIOR of your home or business online or sign up at Borough Hall before Friday, 10/28, at Noon!  Our judges will only include registered homes and businesses as they make their rounds around town to identify prize winners! 
**Winners will be notified on Nov. 1st by phone or email and posted on www.loveflemington.com and our FB and Instagram! We have great prizes this year, including a special ribbon for your door or hearth!
