NOTE: Demand for student lessons is high. If you cannot make the commitment to a teacher once a week, we recommend applying future quarters. Filling out this form does not guarantee a teacher, though we do try to accommodate every student request. Please do not apply for more than one teacher (i.e., guitar teacher and voice teacher). This means only one application per person.

Those who apply for guitar or piano are more likely to obtain a spot. Voice, percussion, and other instrument lessons are very scarce.
