UNDOCU SUMMIT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We are in need of volunteers for the entire day (7:30am to 5:30pm). Below are shift times and types of volunteer activities. We would be grateful if you would consider volunteering for 2 hours.

Please sign-up by M 3/28/22. We will confirm your shift schedule by Th 3/30/22.

Undocu Summit

9am to 4pm (Setup starts at 7:30am and clean-up is 4-5:30pm)

Set-up Volunteer

Volunteer helps set-up tables and organize the space where the summit will be held

Clean-up Volunteer

Volunteer helps us clean up the room and put away tables

4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

Parking Lot & Directions Volunteer

Volunteer helps people find the building location for the workshop, workshop rooms, and is on-hand to help with directions and other basic questions in addition to providing a friendly face to welcome folks.

Volunteer helps organize handout food and drinks to participants

10:00 am to 11:00 am - Breakdown/clean-up

11:00 am to 12:00 pm - Set up for Lunch

12:00 pm to 1:00pm - Monitor lunch

1:00 pm to 2:00 pm - Breakdown/clean-up

Welcome & Registration table

Volunteer helps welcome & register folks, and provide directions. Provide name tags and face masks. Provides equipment for real-time translation. Also helps sign people up to CCC-USS mailing list.

Volunteer is present during workshops/session, supports workshop/session participants and facilitators/speakers. Able to contact Tech Support Coordinator as needed. You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts.
