Hello and welcome! Here you can find the Terms of Use as well as the possibility to add inspo / key elements for custom adopts.




TERMS OF USE

Please always credit me when you post the original adopt that I drew.
You do not have to credit me when you commission or draw art of them, but I appreciate it!

Payment is always upfront and via paypal invoice!

You are allowed to:
- resell the adopt , but only for the same price or lower than you bought it
- edit and modify the design once the adopt is bought(for example, for future commissions or your own art) However, please do not edit the original file /my art!


You are NOT allowed to:
- use them for commercial use (this costs extra and needs to be discussed)
- use them to spread hate messages
- resell them for a higher price than bought

For custom adopts:
- include: a full body front view of one character, dressed
(additional content, such as back view, body reference without clothes or inventory, have to be purchased separately and are not included unless otherwise stated)
- you are allowed to ask for minor changes of design after I sent the final( up to two revisions)
-customs will also be made by using a base, depending on your wishes and other details this base will be customized to fit your character.

For auctions and pre-made adopts:
- holds are okay
- dropping out is okay, but I will note down if you drop out frequently on auctions
- these designs have been pre-made by me. You cannot demand that I make any changes to their appearance (except if you pay extra for it)


Additional Info:

I am allowed to use the adopt in my portfolio to display my art / use them as example
No chargebacks once the adopt has been bought!

If you are interested in additional art of your adopt characters, such as scenes / portraits/interactions etc please head over to my usual commission form (linked on my social media and portfolio) :3


Once bought, the adopt belongs to you and is your character! You can decide on their name, gender, backstory etc.
You will receive a psd file and a jpg file.

The prices for the adopts are noted in their original post on my social media. This form is for after having bought the adopt , combining the most important facts and terms of use for both parties.

If your adopt is an auction or pre-made one, you can simply skip to the additional notes/ terms of use page at the end of the document
For Custom Adopts
You may add a link to a mood board or up to 5 emojis describing the adopt /their vibe and/or visuals. This also counts for weapon designs. ( If you decide to leave the design up to me / want a surprise design we need to discuss an additional fee for reference research!)
For Custom Adopts
You may add a one key word each for preference for: gender, species, body type, colors, clothes, DnD class( Example: nonbinary, elf, tall, red, goth, druid)

Additional Notes
Add any additional notes or custom requests that we talked about and are not listed here (for pre-made adopts please enter the name/number of the adopt you bought. Example Adopt: Moon)
