2022 Annual Mountainbrook Civic Dues & Anne Heinig Park Contributions
Mountainbrook Civic Association:
We need to raise at least $25,000 annually to maintain the medians, provide communications &family activities. Dues are voluntary,but a high rate of participation is needed to meet our budget. We are not raising the requested amount this year.

Anne Heinig Park:
The Anne Heinig Park is the private park we all enjoy next to the Mountainbrook Swim & Racquet Club. This private park is a separate entity with its own set of expenses. To cover insurance, taxes and basic maintenance, the Anne Heinig Park needs to raise at least $3,000 annually. By contributing, they will be able to meet the Park’s immediate needs plus make capital improvements.
