Hispanic Heritage Festival (Festival de la herencia hispana)  - Vendor Application ( Aplicación de proveedor)

El Pueblo is hosting a Hispanic Heritage Festival on October 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event will be held at Forest’s City Park. All vendors must be set up by 9 AM and vehicles moved to designated parking areas. Vendors must bring everything required to run their booths, including tables.

El Pueblo está organizando un Festival de Herencia Hispana el 15th de octubre de 10:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. El evento se estará en Forest’s City Park. Todos los vendedores deben ser establecidos antes de las 9 AM y los vehículos deben ser trasladados a las áreas de estacionamiento designadas. Los vendedores deben traer todo lo necesario para hacer funcionar sus cabinas, incluyendo las mesas.

El Pueblo has the sole authority to determine if a vendor has violated this policy, and if it is concluded this policy has been violated, the vendor will be removed for the remainder of the event without a refund of any of the vendor's fee and the authorities will be notified. Please discuss any questionable items in advance.

The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the city and El Pueblo for any loss, theft, or damage to property. Please plan accordingly.
