Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Vibrantly Village Community Engagement Lead to manage our community on the Mighty Networks platform. This role involves ensuring that our community's content and interactions align with our brand, particularly during strategic campaigns related to the Seasonal Cross-Quarter Days, Solstices, and Equinoxes (SCQUE). The lead will also manage the membership structure and engage members in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams like Art Contributors and Newsletter Contributors to develop cohesive branding and content across the Mighty Networks platform.
- Oversee the membership structure, ensuring an organized and welcoming community environment.
- Develop and implement strategies for hero, hub, and hygiene content to maximize engagement during SCQUE events.
- Monitor community interactions and provide insights into improving engagement and member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing online communities, particularly on platforms like Mighty Networks.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and brand coherence.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passionate about community building and the mission of The Way of Vibrantly.
