2023-2024 THE MOVEMENT - FALL / SPRING RECREATIONAL ENROLLMENT FORM
Please use this form to enroll in our recreational classes for the 2023-2024 school year!  Please fill out one form per dancer in your family :-)

Note: Enrollment is not completed until payment is made at our front desk!  Fall Enrollment Day is Saturday, August 26th from 11am-2pm!  You can come in and pay that day and your spot will be reserved!  Also, all dancers who come enroll on this day will receive a FREE MOVEMENT T-SHIRT!  If you are unable to come on Aug 26th, you can enroll / pay at the front desk the first week classes!  Classes begin Tuesday, Sept 5th, 2023!
