All applications must be accompanied with payment and submitted by:

To avoid duplicate vendors, all applications require approval by the committee. (Advance payments will be returned if you are not accepted as a participant.)
All food vendors must be licensed and possess a permit from the Department of Revenue and a valid Food Handler’s card. If selling alcohol a Liquor License from the Department of Health is required.
All vendor sites will be assigned by the morning of the event.
All vendors when arriving must be escorted to their vending location by a CCHC Staff Member.
Vendors will provide displays, table clothes/skirts.
Booth must be completely set-up by 10am.
Closing time is 8pm.
No vendor shall assign/sub-lease any part of their space or vendor will forfeit right to their area.
Vendor agrees to be open for business during the event hours.
No late set-up or early tear-down without notifying a CCHC Staff Member.
